"What do you do?"

I work with both companies and individuals to develop and deploy modern websites. My main focus being on the scripting side as opposed to the design side. I don't make Google's websites look pretty, meaning, I don't do the visual designs. Rather, I create the logic that drives the search engines and displays content. And I do it so the sites are rock solid and easy to manage. I also assist in driving the web development process in all aspects.

"Do you focus on any one area?"

I am first and foremost a PHP developer working extensively with the basic LAMP stack. I'm comfortable in both procedural and object orientated programming (PHP4/5, Actionscript1/2/3, Javascript). I specialize in CMS/content delivery and complex web based applications. I also have an extensive working experience in front end development (XHTML, CSS) and ActionScript development (Adobe Flash). For more details see my skills page. While very adept to scripting I'm also comfortable in Photoshop updating and slicing PSD's and UI/Usability Design.

"Where are you based?"

I currently live in Spokane, Washington (USA). My main markets are Spokane and Portland, however I have done work for clients around the US and Europe. I prefer to telecommute when its practical. I am open for travel abroad and have most of the required documents needed for foreign visa's ready.
